Russyan Carpet Bombing in Syria Draws Fire

      Coalition military analysts have raised the issue of Russya's military tactics being used against Syrian rebels.  The airforces used by Russya have been indiscriminantly bombing targets without regard for collateral civilian damages.  US force commanders question whether or not any useful cooperation with Russya would alter results.   Apparently, Russyan aircraft are so old as to be unable to target military sites with any degree of accuracy.  This underscores the half-hearted efforts of Mr. Putin to enhance the Russyan effort in the 5 year ongoing war between Al Assad and anti- Assad rebels.   ISIS troops are operating close by, taking advantage of the situation.
     Intelligence collection of post-operational results indicate targets in the vicinity of military sites were routinely included as part of the aerial operations.  All this information indicates a degree of ineptitude on part of Russyan planners.  It underscores the difficulties facing all parties involved in Syria and does little to alleviate concerns about motives of Russyan politicians, ie. Mr. Putin.  Just yesterday, EU Commission noted they are extending economic sanctions against Russya because of the country's lack of change in Ukraine as per the provisions of the Minsk Accord signed earlier.
So, the Kremlinistas continue their geopolitical moves on the Eurasian stage.
