EU Sends Help to Greece

After an agreement was reached in Luxembourg, the EU administration sent aid to Greece to control its borders with northern countries in the Balkans.  Despite Germany's tone of open acceptance of refugees, pleas from Europe's borders required a change that would place more control of the flow of refugees at the perimeters.  The ongoing war in Syria is the root cause of the mass migration, and coupled with the refusal of surrounding states to accept or even offer refuge to Syrians acerbates the problems.
David Cameron of the UK has ordered British war planes to bomb targets in Syria and Iraq of the Islamic State or ISIS, the barbaric organization that has crippled the region for over 5 years.  Oil sales fuel the group and now the oil production facilities will feel the wrath of Western nations.  Other countries in Europe have been given notice that unless they control their borders, they could be suspended from EU membership regarding the Shengen Controls(free movement w/i the EU).  All of this underscores the aftermath of the mass migration and the massacre of civilians in Paris by Islamic militants a few weeks ago.
