Obama Black LIsts Russyans

Two of Vlad Putin's closest amigos, the Rotenberg brothers, were added to the list of individuals who will endure sanctions from the US dept. of Justice, limiting their ability to engage in financial, banking and trade deals with countries in the West.
These billionaires have been Putin's most prominent supporters.   These restrictions will continue the pressure on the Russyans making their home in the Kremlin.  As oil prices continue their slide the Russyan economy will sink to modern lows as GDP in Russya suffers the effects of recession and negative growth.  No matter what policies the Kremlin tries to reverse the slide, world oil markets are now in control of Russya's future, putting the Kremlin between a rock and a hard place. With the Syrian situation completely out of control, and Ukraine is starting to reach out to former rebels who have become increasingly disillusioned with MOskova's efforts to break off the Donbass region from Ukraine and join the adjacent Russyan oblast.
The little ex-KGB Col. is learning the ways of the world-the hard way.
