But, the entire apparatus has been delineated, and it isn't pretty. Seems that Latin or South America is the undisputed King of Corruption. Let's go over the list. In Argentina, 5 crooks were in the group. 1, Alejandro Burzaco, will pay $21.7 million to US Dept. of Justice.
Interesting fact: the average age of defendants: 62 years old; and 33% of defendants pleaded guilty. In that group-28 were soccer officials(FIFA, etc)11 were businessmen; and 2 were corporations.
Victims-countless fans throughout the Americas; players; families, and small businesses that had to pay to play the corrupt administrators of the organization of the criminal gang.
