John Kerry on Ukraine

US Secretary of State John Kerry visited Kiev yesterday and made a far reaching public statement:  the United States is giving substantial financial aid to to Ukraine in the form of billions of dollars to help rebuild the infrastructure of the country in light of the Russyan military incursions in the Donbass Region in Eastern Ukraine next to the Russyan borders.
The largest country in the world, Russya, did not respond to this announcement publicly.  However, it is assumed that the Kremlin will make some asinine comment within a few days.  Their response will go something like this:  "We Russyans could care less about the West's offering of dollars to the Ukrainian peoples.  We Russyans only want our citizens who live in Ukraine to be happy and safe, like their countrymen across the border."
Mr. Putin will probably not say a word.
