Sign Changes and Additions

    The new signs look good-gives the plaza a new look.   The Post Office has a new face:  Margie, a 20-something, replacing the retiring Naomi.  Margie is from South Lake, claims to like the outdoors-hiking, biking, swimming, and of course, boarding.
     With Burning Man 2016 less than a month away, the Mayor is recruiting a journalist to record the event in words and photos.   There is a tentative possibility and she owns a local business.   This year's theme: Leonardo and His Machines.  Already the wow factor has been ascribed to some of this years art objects on the Playa.  The organization has also announced the purchase of the Fly Ranch: 4000 acres not too far from Gerlach, NV.  This ranch was the scene of the Burning Man in 1997.  It could become the permanent home of the Playa Art.
