Brandon Crawford Goes into the Books

Shortstop Brandon Crawford, a Giant mainstay on the infield, for several seasons, including 2 World Series victories, put his name on a performance only matched 3 times since 1892.  He collected 7 hits in an extra inning game in Florida against the Miami Marlins.   The Giants won the contest closing out the 14th with a win.
Crawford raised his batting average almost 20 points in this one game.   Nice effort, Brandon.
Go Giants.
