Netherlands Deals With Tragedy of Downed Flight in Ukraine

The Dutch government is giving extensive assistance to families who lost members in the airline tragedy brought on by Russian sponsored rebels in eastern Ukraine near Donetsk.   Latest totals on  victims include 154 Dutch nationals who were on board enroute to KL.  One passenger was a dual citizen Dutch-American.  Published photos include some that have entire families who were among the murdered civilians targeted by advanced Russian -made rocket propelled antiaircraft missiles.
Some Dutch investigators have been allowed into the site of the final resting but not all.  Investigators explained that limiting team members would hamper efforts to collect and analyze clues as to what happened(other than the known method used to bring the aircraft down=missile).
Many Dutch citizens on board were going to an international conference on HIV infections and current status of prevention methods and control of the spread of the virus that causes HIV.
The Kremlin says blame should be directed to Ukrainians in Kiev.  These statement have been sharply criticized by all Europeans.   Western European governments have already stated that further sanctions against Russian business interests abroad will be forthcoming.
