Caribbean Mission

     Our Minister of Latin American Affairs is down south again this week.  He's on the island of Domenica, participating in another conference with member state representatives.   Being an experienced  visitor, he assures our office that he will explore the surroundings of the main city, perhaps visiting the DeVry Medical school campus.
     Weather looks good without any threat of a hurricane.  It is hurricane season, after all.   We'll keep a weather eye out for the swirling track signature.
