So, in the midst of continued assaults in Ukraine that targets innocent civilians and domestic infrastructure, the Russyan Goon, Sergey Lavrov(lapdog), spoke to the Group of 20 at the conference in Bali. He's such a fool and a folish tool of Mad Vlad Putin- the 5'4" dictator and wannabe czar. Old Sergey just can't help himself. He just presses the repeat button and plays the same sorry statements for all to hear.
