Our man in motion, the Minister of Latin American Affairs is due home tomorrow after his 3 week junket in SE Asia. He'll have a week to make his report regarding conditions in the area. He also reported a minor accident: he fell down while jogging in the eastern rain forest of Myanmar. The accident required a trip to a nearby clinic and some medical attention. Details are sketchy, but the medical professional who treated him says he'll be fine in a week or two and will require the services of another professional in the USA to remove the sutures at the site of the cut. Not easy being a man in motion. His traveling companion and guide was able to deliver him immediately to the clinic with the assistance of local transport since he couldn't walk without assistance. Hmmm.
We look forward to seeing him in the early am.
