An agreement among participants at the conference on a ceasefire in the Donbass seems to have had a timing issue. The guns keep firing; Russyan troops and equipment continue to operate across the Ukraine border. A Demilitarized Zone has been mapped out, but does not seem to be vacant yet. maybe communications are not quite up to par; you know-'war and fog and all that'.
Petro Poroshenko, the Pres. of Ukraine knows of his opponents(Russyans), and almost begs for some equalizing armaments. They do not seem to be part of the bargain. So, we have to watch and gasp at the antics of Mad Vlad as he prances around eastern Europe, strutting like a rooster, crowing and cackling, as his peers to the west fret and chatter.
