Hard to keep up with our man in motion: the Minister of Latin American Affairs is off to the Asian mainland for a conference in Shanghai. The details are sketchy, but rumor has it he will be discussing recent cyber attacks that have originated from China. In an apparent coincidence, a private security firm announced that Russia has hacked over 500 million web sites and their passwords. Apparently, this gathering of private passwords is unprecedented. The information has been with the security company for sometime before the announcement.
