Minister of Latin American Affairs is Packed and Ready to Go

      Our Minister is almost ready to embark for Brazil.   The Brazilians await his arrival with great expectations.  He will arrive in the middle of their winter.  This means comfortable conditions, similar to California in fall or spring.
      This week he will attend more training to acquire social skills necessary to help one adapt to local cultural norms in that great South American country.  Yes, there's a bit of economic turmoil going on.  Yes, there is a bit of political turmoil going on.  Conditions: normal.

    Mr. Minister, bring some dollars! They are worth more today than 6 months ago. Also, maybe a TV.
