Minister of Eastern European Affairs Comments on Conditions

Our Minister of Eastern Europe sat down in our offices early in the week and gave an unofficial report on her most recent excursion to Belarus.  She reported some upbeat citizens, looking forward to improved conditions across Europe, stretching all the way to Poland and eastward.  The Poles have continued their impressive growth amidst a shaky recovery down south, and stagnation in the Russyan federation.  The price of oil slid again today and will contribute to the recession for rouble holders.   Vova is not happy, especially as the Chinese allowed the yuan to dip 1.9% on Monday.
Our minister was focused on health care, spending time talking with medical professionals, hospital administrators, and a few patients.  This stems from Tahoma's interests in California's health care system as it meshes with the ACA/Obamacare.   Many locals complain that costs are rising much faster than promised by White House supporters of the act.
After spending time at a large hospital near Minsk, she was happy to report that patients were pleased with their level of care.
     Good work, Palina!.
