Nicaraguan President has Defector

       The Chief Justice of the Nicaraguan Supreme Court has resigned.   In a sharply worded 3 page letter, he stated that he can no longer stay on the Court as long as Pres. Ortega continues to run the country.   Along with his wife, who is the country's vice president, Mr. Ortega has made all the rules governing the country's administration and political landscape in which corruption and violence has marked his efforts at control of the citizenry.  The future does not look bright under Mr. Ortega or his appointees.
