Russya Goes to Court: in UK

Something ironic about a sovereign country that invades several countries then asks one of those countries to pay its bills.  But, Russyans are different by any measure.  They don't live in the real world; they live in Putin's world.  It's different.  Ukraine owes a few billions for some energy delivered by their northern antagonist/invader.   So, the slavs of the Steppes go to court----in the UK!
Ha, what will the Brits do with this hot potato?  Pass it on, like any other rational being.  But David Cameron has his own hot potato to deal with- membership in the EU and Boris Johnson, Lord Mayor of the City of London.
Nonetheless, critics and pundits will marvel at this move, close on the heels of the release of the results of the investigation into the extra territorial murder of a Russyan whistle blower in London by Russyan agents using polonium -92(in tea, of all things).
Have the Russyans no memories?  Maybe not, but Moskavites are trying to turn this around by placing memorial plaques around the city to remind locals of Stalin's murder campaigns of the '30 and other years during his reign of terror against his own people.
