US Military Arrests Chinese Spy

Military authorities in Florida arrested a Chinese citizen, Lyuyou Liao, for taking photos at a Naval Air Station at Key West.  The man was warned before he entered a signed, restricted area, off limits to all visitors.   he was seen walking along a perimeter fence and witnesses say he was warned not to proceed.  He then continued his walk and entered the area off limits to the public.
Military authorities said he is being detained.  Local police did not comment.  Apparently, the man was carrying an obvious camera for his work which the MP's took notice of the movements of this Chinese spy.   A spokesman for the U.S. Navy said that NCIS and the F.B.I. were investigating.
