Chinese Hackers Invade Cloud Space

The US Dept of Homeland Security has released more evidence about the hacking of cloud computers by groups of Chinese hackers known as APT10, the collective of of Chinese hackers who are most evasive(APT is short for Advanced Persistent Threat).  The Justice Dept. charged two Chinese men with cyber crimes:   Zhu Hua and Zhang Shilong.  Both are believed to be hiding in China.   Attempts to find them there have been unsuccessful.  Many companies have been attacked by groups of hackers in attacks called Cloud Hopper since these attacks enter companies via their cloud computing storage links.  Zhu Hua is known as Godkiller online, and Shilong is known as "Darling Dragon".   They both could serve up to 27 years if they could be found and brought to the US.   What are the chances.
