Campaign operatives for both parties are processing the event to fit it into their campaign narrative. Some loopy folks are already using the word martyr, demonstrating their ignorance. Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel has issued a statement expressing concern.
What will unfold at this point in time is hard to predict; however, Trump's campaign activities will become restricted, less open, more controlled, and definitely more cautious. Hmmm. and where and when will gun control advocates join the fray? And how about the NRA? And the ATF?
What will the new president of Iraq have to say? Or the new president of Harvard University or Columbia University? How about AOC?
