Well, the outcome was hotly contested. The Sacramento fans were warmed up for another home win. The Golden State team had other ideas. With 3 healthy starters well known around the NBA: Klay Thompson, Steff Curry, and Draymond Green , the boys from San Francisco are a tough team. The Kings have played them tough, taking the first 2 games at home, sending the Warriors home where they promptly won both games to tie the first round series.
Now the Golden boys are up: 3-2. They will return tomorrow( a short bus ride south) to Oracle Arena on the South Bay shoreline for a chance to take the series 4-2. Golden State has an excellent home record and is looking to continue that feat. Steff Curry does well in front of the local fans. In the last game, Draymond Green scored 21 points(despite missing 3 foul shots), a scoring high since December 1919! His scoring was again outshone by his defense, forcing turnovers and several blocks. His temperament was also under control and Coach Kerr was pleased with his overall performance.
Tomorrow night's game could be the big win needed for the team to gather momentum that could bring them to the final, and a possible repeat.
