Well, now, there's been some agreement among western allies that Russya has been behaving badly, again. After the poisoning of two Russyans in England, it became apparent to any bureaucrat worth his/her salt, that the Russyans were at it again: stirring the international pot by attempting the murder of two Russyan-1 a former spy and his daughter, a Russyan citizen in Salisbury, England. Mr. Skripal, one of the victims, arrived in England after a prisoner exchange over 10 years ago. This is getting to be a habit for Kremlinistas: harm us and we'll find you. There's no place to hide.
