the WSJ published an open letter to the world explaining the situation in Israel today. As a wartime PM, Mr. Netanyahu has his hands full. His political skills will be taxed to the max. The letter identifies the situation in very specific terms, clearly and succinctly. His message is to the free world as we are called. The attack by HAMAS on Israel was fostered by Iran-the hub of violence that spreads terror and pain across the Middle east. Even Saudi Arabia is aware of the crimes committed by this inhumane government.
Clear evidence was revealed that HAMAS terrorists were trained by Iran in Iran prior to the attack. PM Netanyahu calls out the Iranian leaders for what they are: a scourge on the world: our world and every other nation. He says the war will not end until it's over. He asks that the world not equate Israeli's response with the HAMAS attack which clearly targeted civilians: men, women, and children-unarmed targets easily overcome and murdered in their homes.
Israelis advised Palestinians to evacuate territory as the army prepared for the attack of HAMAS positions. HAMAS uses civilians as shields; HAMAS also discards any rules regarding hostile actions.
The world watches.
