Hold on here: the Chinese government has a media outlet in the USA. Their mission is to provide news and information to the American population who have TVs. This "news group" claims that they only provide news from the mainland sources that are not generally available to viewers in the US. Duh.
They also provide coverage of China's president, Xi Jin Ping, in the course of his duties as the leader of the country that is the second largest economy in the world and a competitor and trading partner of the USA. What can one expect to see and hear on the media outlet? Is it factual information? Is it "fake news"? Who edits the content and who makes the decisions about what is covered and what is left to gather its own following? Hmmmm.
How is news from America presented in China? What outlets are available to Chinese citizens? How does the Chinese government view American subject matter, such as political party politics; Congressional sessions; presidential moves and policies? I'm sure that these topics are well covered, but where , exactly can this data be found-the library? Tahoma wants to know.
Lake Tahoe, California's Alpine playground, is anchored on the west shore by Homewood/Tahoma, straddling two counties:Placer and El Dorado. The mayor of Tahoma posts information related to the area and items of interest to residents and visitors alike. Its goal is to be informative, humorous, and timely. Hope you enjoy the site.
