Who is Putin's defense minister? That would be General Sergei Shoigu. Another yes man and a Putin sychophant. He is the one who orders the troops to do what they are doing in Ukraine. He sets policy. He provides the arms for the troops. He maps out strategic moves that are approved by Mad Vlad. Shoot missiles into schools: approved. Bomb hospitals: approved. Bomb civilian neighborhoods: approved. Take out energy generators: approved. Bomb escape routes from encircled cities: approved. Murder civilians: approved. Take no prisoners: approved. Cut off water supplies: approved. Cut gas pipelines for home heat: approved. And on and on.
Gen Shoigu is a Russyan and he has inherited the epigenome found in all Russyans that predispose them to : MURDER of their own peoples. Read Anne Applebaum's "Gulag" for details.
