Merry Christmas-2020 Really

So, sports fans: it's Christmas. Don't gather, social distancing required, don't linger indoors, where your mask(s), don't mix with people not in your household, and have a nice day. Church services around the world, especially for those of the Christian faith, have been restricted. As the UK recognizes that a BREXIT deal has been achieved with the EU, the country has to confront a new Covid-19 variant that is more contagious than earlier variants. Countries will impose travel bans on travelers from the UK. Passengers from the UK to the US will have to show the tests results indicating a negative finding w/i 72 hours of the scheduled flight. Some airlines have already implemented the restrictions. Skiers who have access to homes in the Lake Tahoe Basin are probably staying close to those homes today. The weather is good for skiing, but it is a holiday. There's not much snow on the ground and it doesn't appear likely that much will fall in the immediate future. 30" on the top of Homewood ans 11" at the lodge are not great numbers. Such are the problems of ski resorts, hotels and motels, and all related businesses that need guests to show up this winter. It doesn't look good.
