Supremes to Hear Arguments Today

The US Supreme Court will hear oral arguments today on a significant case involving immigration.  Some pundits say it should be thrown out.  essentially, 26 states are challenging the Executive order from the President that defers deportation of illegal immigrants, those who have been in the country for longer than their visas allow, and others who entered without authorization or documents.   As we know, Congress has failed to address significant reform for 30 years when Ronald Reagan signed the IRCA immigration law of 1986.
Maybe the court, operating with only 8 justices will come up with an answer.   Wait until June to find out.
