Foreign Secretary Lavrov said they troops and technicians will be training Syrian troops on use of the equipment. Assad and Company will be delighted to have their sponsor on board to lean a hand. Especially now that millions of Syrians have hit the migrant path abandoning their homes to seek relief from the ongoing conflict between Assads government, rebels, and the ISIS movement. After 4 years and no end in sight, it appears the citizens have had enough.
Now, they all want to move to Germany. Meanwhile, the US has asked countries on the air route from Russya to Syria to close their airspace to Russyan overflights.
