     So, all the targeting data has been entered into all NATO weapon system.  No hiding these build ups of potential aggressors.  Mad Vlad knows we know, but he's into theatrics and posturing, like all mad dictators.  (remember the Little German dictator?).  Mad Vlad is nervous, so he must be treated with kid gloves lest he fly off the handle.  Our diplomats, unlike his, are more adept at diplomacy where as the Russyans position is rthat of the neighborhood bully: bluster and make a menacing pose.  Hmmmmmm.  So, it reinforces the opinion as to Russya's ability to join the community of nations of the world:  NOT YET READY FOR PRIME TIME!  Welcome to the new COLD WAR.
