The poor vaccination rate in the largest country in the world has contributed greatly to a new record of deaths. The published death rate has exceeded 1000 per day(1000/day), 1000/day above normal. However, we also know this figure is false. Evidence indicates there are far more daily deaths due to the COVID-19 virus than acknowledged by Mad Vlad's cronies. Russya has one of the lowest vaccination rates in the world, somewhere around 22% of the population. Most of those vaccinations are given in Russya's far west, vic. MOskova and Saint Petersburg. I would expect this as this is an area where the vaccines are available. The rest of the citizenry has to travel to get a shot.
Meanwhile, the Kremlin is basking in the glory of a surge in energy prices. Oil and natural gas prices are rising daily, and nobody knows when it will stop. The Climate Conf. in Glasgow, Scotland, will begin on October 31. Hmmmmmm. What will the talking heads say?
