Fires in California Again

   There's smoke in them thar hills.  Gov. Gavin Newsom, facing a recall in September, announced a state of emergency in 4 counties in the north state.  The fires burning there indicate that the fire season will be long and dangerous.  Have a mask ready; you'll need one for smoke filtration soon.
