Minister Returns From Rio

    Our Minister of Latin American Affairs has returned to Sao Paolo after 2 weeks in Rio de Janeiro.  He was there to help with the ParaOlympic Games, held after the regular Games.  He said everything went smoothly and no Americans were arrested or detained by Brazilian authorities who have their hands full with political matters at present.
