A judge threw out the case against former FBI Director James Comey and NY state AG Letitia James citing other court rulings against such indictments. Judge Aileen Cannon said in her ruling in the Trump documents case that the special counsel was illegally appointed. In this case, the AG who filed the indictment on behalf of the government was illegally appointed.
So, sTumpie loses again in his endless campaign to stay relevant which diminishes by the day. One might say that his record indicates he's one of the biggest LOSERS that Americans know today. He's lost over 3/4's of the cases he's had his Toadies file against this that, and everything.
So, we citizens will continue to endure. Endure, that's what we are asked to do with a 5-year old in the White House surrounded by toadies who bend their knees in homage to the "king". His behavior is now entering borderline mental illness. Who would put out a peace plan without consulting the warring parties? I don't know who would do this? It is bizarre, and has stirred European allies to question America from top to bottom, as they should. The table has been cleared for a new "order" and America's position has definitely been compromised by the Orange -Haired baboon.
Mr. Comey and Ms. James are clebrating today. Ready for a genuine Thanksgiving.
