President Joe Biden blames Putin outright. No surprises here. recall it was just a few months ago that Yevgeny Prighozin and his Wagner Group leaders were assassinated by having their jet plane disabled while flying to St. Petersburg when a wing was blown off by a well-placed explosive device. Also the crew members were also among the dead. Collateral damge is the term to describe their unfortunate deaths. But, this is Russya, Home of The Rus, where anything can happen to anybody, anytime.
