So, Mad Vlad is hosting a summit gathering in Moskva where he chants the mantra: "We are your friend. The West is not your friend. The west stole your resources by taking more and more. We Rus will partner with any and all African countries in equal partnership(s) so all will prosper.
This from a dictator who has tried and failed to subdue his next door neighbor-Ukraine, where the Rus Army has been stalled for years, unable to advance. All the Rus Army can due is offer the soldiers more dead.
How about the Central African Republic, the former French colony. The Rus proxy-the Wagner Group, has been providing security in the mineral extraction processes, namely gold and diamonds. The Rus generously take only half while protecting miners, and government operations. They are protecting the workers from rebels who remain a force in C.A.R.
So, other countries know about the C.A.R. situation. Would one expect the relations in other copuntries to be similar or better. Hmmmm . Maybe things have changed since the Kremlin started the war down south. Maybe the Russyan Army is ready to retire from the field and give Ukraine back to the Ukrainians. Ha, who would believe such a fantasy? sTrump?
