Historian Lays Out a Plan for EU Confronting Russya

As Mad Vlad Putin careens down the lonely path to his own grave, historians believe that the Eu should be prudent in its plans despite the evidence that the Russian army in Ukraine is in a stalemate.

Lawrence Freedman is one of the most respected modern era historians and specializes in military historry and political decisions related to armed conflict(s). He has been awarded many prizes related to his written work. He is also an emeritus professor off history at Kings College in London. His book list his long and distinguished by its comprehensive coverage of the 20th century and early 21st century conflicts. He is unsparing in his exposure of the Russyan ability to cause disruption wherever and whatever it sees as a future interest.

His recent writings develops a plan for the European nations to coalesce in recognizing the Russyan threat to the east, again.  As the Kremlin becomes increasingly fearful of losing completely in Ukraine, Putin & Co. will become more desparate in their attempt to avoid the inevitable defeat and humiliation.

The Plan

First, Leaderss should call out Russya and tell the citizenry what's happening and the need to recognize struggles with the country and how they are best addressed.

Second, they must better defend against attacks in whatever form they arrive, stepping up intelligence gathering efforts immediately and rearming against possible confrontation along the borders,

Third, demonstrate that bRussyan efforts will fail and give more broad support to Ukraine right now.
