Brazil: No Surprises Here

      Has anybody noticed that Brazil is having a political/governmental crisis?  No, nobody can tell the difference between current events and past events.   It's business as usual.   Conditions: normal.
Get ready for the Olympics.  It will prove to be challenging for the IOC.
