Russya Beyond the Headlines

     RBTH ran a story about oil and Russya's economic conditions.  They mentioned a price of oil at $55/barrel.  Hmmm.  Do local Russyan citizens think there is any truth to this statement?  $when did we last see oil at this price?  A long time ago, before Sochi, before Crimea, before Ukraine, before Syria.  So why does RBTH make this obvious mistake?   Who knows?
