Dilma Dumps Finance Chief
Sagging Dilma, president of Brazil is just about out of ammunition. But, she's still trying. She fired her chief economist, Mr. Levy, and replaced him with Mr. Barbosa. NO, not the NBA basketball star, his cousin or relative. She needed an ally in Congress to put off impeachment proceedings against her. Good luck.
