LA to See Strong Winds for a Week

So, SoCal Edison announced that due to the forecasts for Santa Ana winds over the next week, power to hundreds of thousands of customers will have power interrupted at various times. This market covers millions of CAlifornians who have had to deal with wind-driven wild fires over the last few years. Highways have been closed, families evacuated, and firefighters pushed to the edge of capacity. Now, we have similar conditions with Covid pandemic thrown in for good measure. The Guv will have to mollify voters who want relief from all environmental problems. What to do? Now, hospitalizations have soared because of the virus spreading again at a rapid pace, straining medical capacity. If a hospital loses power, patients will die. Of course, the Idiot-in-Chief will mock all efforts by any Democrat, no matter the situation. Sadly, POTUS knows no other way. Welcome to California Thursday.
