     The crews at Tassajara are ready and willing to tackle the challenges of wildland firefighting as the 2 month+ old blaze moves toward their location.  It has now become the most expensive fire in National Forest efforts to combat this naturally-occurring scourge.  It has been burning across central California's Los Padres National Forest for almost 10 weeks.   It is still only 60% CONTAINED.
