Apple, the F.B.I., and the Iphone

   So, the F.B.I. went to court to force Apple Corp. to assist the Federal Government in accessing information on an iphone by writing code to provide a "backdoor" to the information held on the phone provided to Islamist terrorists employed by San Bernardino County that murdered many of their coworkers before being exterminated by police.
    Apple CEO, Tim Cook, has gone public with his response.  Forcing or even asking a private company to "assist" the Government in breeching the privacy of an individual by creating code to open the phone, is a violation of the Constitution, specifically the 1st Amendment and the 5th Amendment.
