So, the US NAvy has a few logistics problems, as reported in NYT. Hmmmm. Unforeseen? Hardly. The US military is the proverbial "paper tiger". The 'tiger' is really a makeshift crew of National Guard troops- old men and women who thought they were 'weekend' warriors , positioned to help out during a local emergency. But no, these 'weekenders' have been deployed for a year or more to fill out the ranks of regulars who struggle in their assigned roles around the world. Unless SecDef Hegseth twists some arms in Congress, more problems will overwhelm the military of the US and we'll end up like Putin's 'army' in Ukraine: unable to fight at all.
