Wondering what to do this Saturday night? Come to the town party at Marie Sluchak Park in Tahoma. Our bit of public space, complete with seating, stage and backdrop screening, is the site of a holiday affair for the public. Starting at 6:00pm, entertainment will perform and food will be available. Cult Burger will be open as will nearby restaurant Dog & Bear serving fine food.
Here's an opportunity to socialize before a series of storms arrive Sunday night and will effectively open the ski season for the end of the year. There could be as much as 2' of new snow which all local skiers will welcome. What remains from the dinky storms of late is hardly enough to encourage active efforts to hit the slopes. Man-made snow is Ok, but hardly for this time of year.
