Puerto Rico

Poor Puerto Ricans:  bankrupt.  How does this happen?  Ask all the Wall Street banks that bought the bonds.  Why would they take up the risk?  Who made these crazy decisions?  Wall Street bankers, again.  Gotta love those bankers.
